My Yamaha Majesty has a lack of best power output!

Hi!
I was wondering if adjusting the CO adjustment volume setting
would change my performance.....this ^scoot^ has a "catalytic converter"
but this ECU setting is not the CO adjustment....right?

CO adjustment is the amount of air that is fed to the
"afterburner/exhaust" to burn off residual fuel in the exhaust manifold if
not enough is pumped into the piston chamber.

To make it more complex as you have noticed, it is in negative
English. Does "Decrease the CO adjustment Volume" really mean "Decrease
the CO output/Volume"?
